Return Policy

You can return your products within 3 days after you have received them.

No return will be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.

The products must be in their original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects.

We will refund your money if all the return conditions are met.

Please note that we do not process exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the items to us and place a new order for the size or color you need.

If you received a wrong order (wrong size, wrong color, incomplete order), we will make it up for you. Just send us an email to wrong@emedsupplier.com stating what is wrong with your order, including your order number. We will arrange a pick up within 3 business days and that will be free of charge. You will receive your order within 3 business days after we receive it.
Return Process
- Send an email to return@emedsupplier.com stating what you would like to return in your order, including your order number.
- You will be charged 35 SR as return pick up charge. Amount will be subtracted from your refund.
- We will arrange a pickup for your order within 3 business days. Please include invoice.
- Your refund will be deposited to your account once we receive the products along with the invoice.
